Here is a list of some of our most frequently asked questions. If you have other questions, please feel free to contact us

Are all the products on your site new?

Yes.  Every product we ship is new and comes direct from the manufacturer with the full manufacturer’s warranty, unless otherwise noted in the product description.

How long will it take for me to receive my item(s)?

That depends a little on where you are located and how close that is to a distribution center.  The average order arrives at its destination within 6-10 days.

How do I receive my NAWCC Member discount?

You must enter NAWCC as a coupon code during checkout in order to receive your member discount. NAWCC Gift Shop staff will confirm that your membership is up-to-date prior to shipping your order. In the event that your membership is not up-to-date, you will be charged the full, non-discounted price for your order.

What is your refund policy?

Please contact the NAWCC Store staff regarding refunds at (717) 684-8261, ext. 211 or via email giftshop@nawcc.org.

 

What warranties do you offer?

All warranties are serviced by the manufacturer of the product, and are not serviced by National Association of Watch and Clock Collectors Inc..  Please consider the extended warranty options for additional protection from the manufacturer.

Why are your prices so low?

We strive to bring you the best prices we can by reducing our operational costs.  By using the internet as our storefront, we save on many costs that our competitors spend millions of dollars a year to maintain.  Also, you act as your own sales representative by reading the descriptions on our site, so you don’t pay the large commissions our competitors must give their salespeople.  As a family owned business, we are committed to keeping our prices below those of our competitors so that your family can enjoy the best products for less.

How do I know my personal information is secure?

Our commitment to your security is a top priority at National Association of Watch and Clock Collectors Inc..  We employ the industry standard SSL encryption that all major internet storefronts use (such as Amazon.com). 

We hear a lot about the few mishaps in the system, but you don’t often hear about the millions of transaction that take place flawlessly every day over the internet.  To date, we have had no reports of any security problems with any of our customers.
